Carpet cleaning service was professional, fast and to the expected standards. I cannot fault the efforts of the carpet cleaner. 99% of the stains were cleaned. My flat was in Central London!

I am a private landlord and I have booked this company for a moving out clean. They came and did a magnificent job. A few months later I did call and have asked them if they provide carpet cleaning, which they did. So I have booked them to professionally clean the carpets in my second flat which I usually rent out. The job the carpet cleaners did was very good too. I cannot fault the company for anything. They are super careful while moving their machinery around and taking great care of walls, paintings and other important belongings. A great service combined with professional communication through phone and emails.
I would say the carpet cleaner from this company was fantastic. He was really helpful to move furniture around so he can clean behind and underneath tables, chairs etc. Result of refreshing my caprets was brilliant. Coffee stain removed, so was the dirt on the traffic path of the corridor. The lady over the phone was extremely polite, she offered me constant assistence with pre and post work carpet cleaning actions. At the end she advised me on the drying time of the carpets. Definetely will recommend the service to all of my friends. Overall -professional experience.
Fantastic carpet cleaning service from RCL. I hired carpet cleaner and he turned my carpeted floor from dirty and smelly into clean and fresh with new look carpets.
