Wow! What a selection or rugs/carpets. We'd been to several carpet stores looking for a replacement for our dining room rug. Giving up, we drove past Carpet Crafters. The staff went well above our expectations and were very friendly.. Save yourself a lot of time. No one has this array of selections.

My wife and I decided on Carpet Crafters for a runner going up our staircase for several reasons. A couple of which are that they had a fantastic selection in their showroom, and they were very patient with my many questions and requests for samples, etc. The fit and finish of the installation is perfect as they cut and bind everything on site. I'm sure we will be back for future carpet needs in other properties!

I love Carpet Crafters! I needed to have some recutting done of a large custom wool/sisal rug because I added some built in bookshelves to my living room. Carpet Crafters came to my house and did it quickly and professionally—it looks perfect! if I had known how smoothly the work on my carpet was going to go I would have done it a long time ago! The men who came to my house were amazing—nicely dressed and mannered; very focused and quite expert at their craft. I would not hesitate to use Carpet Crafters again!
