Have used Carpet Hygiene three times now and can't fault the service - friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, good value and great results. Carpets are like new and I had intended to throw out 2 of my rugs but Ryan made them look like new which was fantastic (and saved me quite a bit of money in not having to replace them). I have also had a carpet fitted too and again - great service and pleased with then result. Would definitely recommend this company.
Ryan was really professional, knowledable and helpful and I would use his services again in future! We appreciated that he willingly accommodated us with a request to collect and return keys at a second address while we were self isolating and not able to meet him at the primary address.
Ryan is the best: he has been cleaning our carpets for years. He always responds quickly to a request (so helpful when you have an emergency spill!) and does an incredible job. Nothing is too much trouble: he always impresses upon you that if anything is not right call him back and he will come and fix it. Not that his has ever happened - he is a miracle worker at getting out stains - but it is great to know he is so dedicated. He uses pet and environmentally friendly products, works quickly and efficiently, and is friendly, personable, and professional. His prices are reasonable and good value for money. Cannot rate highly enough!
