Carpeting King installed about 2000 sq ft of carpet for me as I was preparing my house for resale. Carpet was fine, Price was good. Dan was personable. Installation experience was miserable. The installers could not re-install some of my bifold doors and told me they were broken. At one point he said they installed too thick of padding, at another he told me the hinges were loose. Then they said I needed new hardware. Dan was of absolutely no help and did not interact effectively with his installers. Bottom line I got a handyman to reinstall the doors, in about oh, 20 minutes of work and no new hardware. Dan never followed up. Really bad, bad service. All my \savings\ down the drain. Don't use.

Their prices were as low as i could find, their salesman was great and didn't pressure me into buying (unlike the others), and their installers were terrific!
