Sounds good to begin with. Quote and lock price for 14days.... But impossible to recontact until 15th day.. and now the price has gone up. what a suprise. They sent an estimater round who magically managed to make a 8m2 room cost 500 for labour... What planet are these lot on.

Absolutely useless spent over 5000 refitting a house. i have had nothing but problems from start to finish.firstly they would not give me a breakdown of the invoice and when i finally got the invoice i discovered that i had been over charged by 700 what a fanny on to get my money back. The carpet fitter although he did a reasonable job he took so long to do it i nearly gave up the will to live. now I'm waiting for him to come and relay a damaged bit of carpet (that he damaged) been waiting for nearly 2 months he was supposed to come to day and surprise surprise he hasn't shown up. If you keep your sanity dont go near them

Popped in today on the off chance of being able to get a very small piece of lino. The sales rep was very friendly and helpful.
