They had a vehicle that I wanted. Test drove the vehicle and liked it. Held off for a couple days to look at other like vehicles, still liked the one at Carphabet. Glad that they still had it. Went and got the car. I already knew that I was gonna need to put some money in the vehicle for new tires when I first saw the car. But they hooked me up when I told them that I was gonna buy the car. They put on new tires and replaced my battery with a new battery. They got one more thing to fix for me, but they have it on order and will fix as soon as it comes in. The price of the car was well in the market value. Really not much room to negotiate with the price, but it was worth buying the car from Carphabet. Thanks to Jim and the Staff for helping me with this purchase. If you are looking for a car, go see the people at Carphabet. They won't BS you for a sale. They are upfront with everything and even give you a print out of the Carfax of the car[s] you are interested in. Thanks again. I'll be doing business with you all again.

I walked in to inquire about a vehicle I loved that I saw on their website. I was greeted with kindness and the guys there were very personable and professional. I wasnt sure if I was going to qualify for a loan because of my situation but Martin went above and beyond to make sure I was qualified. He took the time to know me and not just to say No like other companies would have. I have much appreciation for this company and it was really one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I want to thank Carphabet for a exceptional job. Bartek, Martin, and Adrian had a tough task ahead of them with the car I wanted specific for my wife. They did tell me up front that it will take a little bit of time to find this car. But when I received the 2019 Ford Expedition Limited they blew it out of the park. It came with all the bells and whistles and honestly I was not expecting all of that. I highly recommend this company because they are honest, upfront, and will save you a lot of money. These guys are great very trustworthy.. I am a truck driver and not home very often so I basically had to buy my vehicle sight unseen I told them what I wanted which was a 2016 Expedition they told me it was a great car by the time I showed up in town to pick it up and I already had my loan approved as I first saw the car it was like sitting in a brand new car very honest people to deal with I recommend them they definitely sell high-quality vehicles!!!!
