Was about to write how unethical this company is but when i saw the other reviews, I got relieved
Carriage is by far the worst delivery app I've ever encountered! I'd recommend you pick up your food rather than have it delivered by them. What's even worse, you don't even have a live chat to raise issues or a number.
During this Ramadan , covid 19 crisis & quarantine, I hope our government will ban carriage as soon as possible for insulting & defrauding costumers Their delivery drivers are always take ages they probably take time stepping or spitting out on our food. Online service (chat service) they always end conversations before costumers finish complaining. Call center is only allowed to call you and inform you that the restaurant is Closed,Driver or Restaurant not answering the call, the delivery man didn’t receive your order after waiting 2 hours Canceling your order is easy but retuning your money back in you bank account it’s impossible even if they told you it will take 1 to 7 working days cause it never happened to any of their costumers so always choose to pay by cash never pay by your visa or credit card The food is always cold,dropped,mixed,upside down,not covered Sometimes costumers get insulted from call center by canceling their order for no reason and hang up the phone and not responding calls as well as chat service During this covid 19 they take advantage from costumers The fact about carriage that costumers complaining about carriage in google reviews but the one who are supporting and complimenting and excited and impressed about carriage are the employees of carriage with several different google accounts So the more you complain the more they cover
Neither number is working nor there is a way to contact them through the app, just a failure!
worst delivery app ever. restaurants never get my order, drivers take ages to deliver. i always have to contact support to get things moving. once i had to wait almost 2 hours to get my order (the restaurant had prepared it on time but the driver was so late - the restaurant is 15 mins away!)
I waited 1 hour for my food order. When it hadn't arrived I followed up with the Carriage customer services only to be told that my food order had been cancelled due to a technical error; nobody thought to notify me. Despite my food order being cancelled, my credit card was still charged. How did you manage to charge my credit card when you had a technical error? Needless to say I am very disappointed and expect my money to be refunded to my credit card within 7 to 10 days as promised in their LiveChat.
'all lines are busy' im not able to contact the company for the wrong they did in my order. not surprised and i don't support you ordering from here.
