From the initial tour to post move-in, staff were very helpful and guided us in every way. The place is clean, bright and welcoming. My friend has been welcomed and treated with respect since moving in. The food is great. They seek to make a difficult experience more pleasant and acclimate the person to the routines, as well as meeting others of similar interests, etc.

Making the decision to move our Mother to a memory care facility was really hard for our family, however the staff at the Carriage House has been exceptionally helpful and compassionate!!! Tressa and Blondie in particular have absolutely been a God send!!! The care and understanding all the staff have shown Mother is remarkable and heartwarming. We could not have found a better home for our Mother. Thank you all for being there for the entire family each step of this journey!!!

I have worked here as a Dietary Aide since October and have recently changed departments and am now a Resident Assistant. This is a great place to work! Staff gets along famously and I can honestly say everyone here genuinely cares about the residents. Coming to work doesn't feel like a chore, we do have fun here! Coming in on holidays and during times of snow is worth it :)

I cannot say enough good things about Carriage House. The staff are amazing. Move in was seamless, and Dad is very happy to be there. Lovely people. Lovely facility.
