Alan designed a modern kitchen that perfectly meets my requirements and he was able to add design ideas that enhanced the overall look perfectly. Emma and Grace in the showroom were both patient and professional with my endless queries and questions. Installation was done on the dates promised and any issues were dealt with with expertise, demonstrating knowledge of both the products and the process. My husband and I called to Hallwood Kitchens on the recommendation of friends who have used them twice before. From the minute we entered, we both got a good feeling. Emma was extremely helpful. She took time to listen to what we wanted and made suggestions and explained how various options might look. She took our details and sent us a detailed plan and price breakdown the following day. It took us a few weeks to decide if we wanted to go ahead or not and I was most pleasantly surprised that there was no hard sell or no pushiness whatsoever. When we decided to go ahead, Alan came out to confirm the final measurements. Once he saw the kitchen, he made some suggestions on the layout which we had not thought of. It meant Emma drawing another plan and repricing the work, but again she did this efficiently with no suggestion that we were being a nuisance. Emma arranged the electrician, tiler and plasterer for us. She worked it all out with Alan's schedule for the fitting of the kitchen so that the work was done efficiently. All the tradesmen she sorted for us were excellent. Alan himself is very good at what he does. The kitchen went in within three days and I am happy to say that his suggestions for re-positioning some of the units was absolutely the right thing to do. All in all, we are more than delighted with our new kitchen and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hallwood Kitchens. Emma and Alan are knowledgeable, efficient and lovely to work with.
