I have lived at this property for over 6 months now and cannot say enough positive things. I have never seen a bug here. The maintenance is super responsive, the leasing office team is truly caring and courteous. The pool sparkles in summer. We have a tanning lady on site who does complementary tans for residents.. list of good stuff goes on when you live at CPA!

We're so happy to live here, lots of fun. Pool aerobics on Sunday mornings was a great way to start the week this Summer. Party events offer complementary food, beer and rum, raffles and ice cream! I've lived here almost 7 yrs. I'm a bartender, and with all that is going on this year I'm so appreciative of Becca, Dawn & Justin... the whole Michelson company. I may be late on rent but Jerico (maintenance guy) shows up before I can get back to my place to fix any issues. This is a great location and community. Also, thank you to all my neighbors (and Michelson) helping me get through this. There are so many more great things to be said... but, this is long enough already

My kids and I live living here. The office staff is always kind and makes you feel like you're the only resident. The maintenance staff always professionals, kind, quick, and good at all they do. Conveniently located and in a great school system. We feel safe at very at home here

I have lived here for almost 3 years I have never had any issues! The staff is friendly and helpful. The landscape is well kept and maintained! There’s dozens of Amenities and they are always doing something fun! Wonderful place to live!
