Shocking service this afternoon. Spoke with someone called Dean who continued to refuse on booking an appointment to visit the store without giving proper reason. Wouldn’t give he a booking reference either. It’s a shame because I needed a big landing finished and was prepared to give him the business as I’m local too. Learnt my lesson here.

I had 2 bedrooms and stairs and landing fitted with carpets from Carroll Carpets on 27/6/18. The guys in the shop were very helpful and professional. The quote was very competitive and the fitters did a 5 star job and were tidy and turned up on time. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
