Needed to have a vehicle towed to our Houston office for repairs as we were unable to find someone local to repair it. Chavez recommended a local mechanic and they were an excellent referral. Chavez was able to tow 3 of our vehicles to the mechanic and it worked out great. Says a lot about a company when they are willing to possibly lose a long tow and give a referral. Highly recommend Chavez.

My tire was bursted. Staff was professional, and changed it to my spare tire soon. I really appreciate it.
Called them to tow my Truck. T-mobile had a communication outage so communication tool over 4 hours but they got me to the tire shop. Owner and driver Jesus were very helpful all along. Charges were very fair compared to all others around. No complaints about them.
After a car accident, life does pause. Thankfully tonight we had Chavez Towing take our damaged car home. The wait time was better than other companies I called, and they actually arrived before the estimated time. The rig operator Jesus was a great guy, very courteous and knowledgeable. He loaded our wrecked sedan and made it home quickly. Apart from the accident, Jesus and his work really surprised us and from now on we know which company we will call for our towing needs.
