Met with Annette Today and the Changes Staff! It is wonderful to see people working with kids that have such loving passion. The facility does a great job of balancing safety, independence, and support! I felt welcomed by all the staff and even TED the team mascot. They have truly thought out of the box and strive daily to meet the ever changing needs of kiddos and their families. Annette was a Joy and such a key part of the team! I loved the information and will continue to refer families to CHANGES FRISCO for great service and exceptional care!

I recommend this to anyone going through depression and anything mental health related. I went and a few of my friends went too. I was discharged almost a year ago and I've gotten so much better since then, I really love the staff there. I love you guys :D

Changes in Frisco is an amazing place. We worked with Cody- he has wisdom beyond his years and immensely helped a member of our family to process and cope with life's challenges more effectively. The environment is therapeutic and friendly. The front office ladies and nurses were always there to help. The only improvement I would suggest is better communication responsiveness between parents and physicians. Overall, it is a great place, I highly recommend it.

changes has been so helpful on my road to recovery! They have great transportation, we live almost 20 miles away!! My van driver Linda has been a huge help picking me up and getting me to changes safely everyday!! Staff there is amazing!! and the counselors are very good!! would definitely recommend.

It has been a pleasure working with this group. From intake to the therapists/nurses/physician all have been very professional and helpful. The van service is an added bonus and Linda, our driver, has been wonderful through our many schedule and location changes. Communication with her was timely and thorough. Definitely recommend this for teens in crisis!
