The company name is actually Inferior Recreational products. They do not stand behind their product. The attached picture is a visible defect we reported on a Solar shade they sold us. We were told to buy a replacement at their cost. This is a routine workmanship issue that they are trying to blame on the customer.

I purchased 10 Bemches for my tennis club around 350 each. The welds on the bottom of the bench came apart making the benches unusable in year 7. What good is a coated bench if the foundation does not hold up? Contacted company and only a 5 year warranty at time of purchase. Company informed me it would cost 120 per bench for replacement of legs.

I was able to outfit the playground at Liberty Eagle Academy easily and quickly with multiple slides, swings, etc. When I needed an extra swing and hardware, they had it ready for me that same day. When I forgot to order the chains for said swing, they got those for me expeditiously as well- Natalie, Michael, Cynthia, and Talila were all great at communicating and meeting our needs. We will be sure to use them with the Liberty Eagle campus build when we expand our playground within the year!

Kidzland Child Care

We recently purchased two umbrellas from this company, and within a week of being up some bolts snapped resulting in the extremely large and heavy beams to come crashing down. Half of the bolts have snapped. This is a serious safety concern, and this company has done nothing in the 3 weeks since we've informed them. I do NOT recommend their products.
