We hired Carruthers and Hobbs for a small private party where we didn't want to be interrupted by personal iPhone photo-taking, but rather wanted the whole event to be captured forever by a professional. We specifically selected them due to their experience of such events and how they quickly knew what we wanted before we even managed to explain :) On the day, they were professional, on time and courteous - and seemed to really enjoy themselves without intruding on our celebrations. And most importantly, the results. The photos were delivered digitally to me today (as promised) and my family and I are blown away. C&H caught the spirit, happiness and love of the event perfectly. We have our forever pictures. Thank you.

The photos are amazing! We hired Carruthers and Hobbs for our evening Wedding Celebration, having both posed and natural shots taken. Peter really captured the spirit of our evening! What can I say and where to start! I found Carruthers & Hobbs Photography (Peter) through a search online while planning a surprise baby shower for my wife. Since then we have used Peter for three more family events and soon he will be attending my sons 1st birthday to take pictures, it feels like we have come full circle! Kerri and Peter took some portraits of our children, they turned out to be fantastic! They are very professional but at the same time down to earth and knew exactly how to get the children relaxed and comfortable infront of the camera. The pictures now take pride of place on our lounge wall. I would definately use Kerri and Peter again if we wanted any more photos taken.
