If i could give more than 5 stars I would! Jeff was my son's instructor. Jeff's patience and demeanor help my son feel confident during the entire learning experience. Jeff was accommodating and flexiable. He went well beyond his responsibilities to ensure he completed the process from start to finish. I will be using E&M for again for my next child. P.S after reading reviews and researching the web site. I noticed \Ana\was not with E&M so I took a chance, so glad I did.

My girlfriend planned her test out 3 weeks in advance. An already named associate has received 1 star ratings for poor attention skills decides that she can't wake up in time for our driving test. Not only did my girlfriend out of work for this , she had been planning it for 3 weeks!! Hello. So many reasons not to go here: 1. No call a few days before the test or even the day before confirming appointment 2.only after we called did we receive a response saying : umm our car's brakes are worn and our associate has a hard time getting up in the morning appointments. Everyone has life to deal with. Sure I've missed work too - but do not be in this business if you are unreliable. It is different calling out sick for a job than one where another person has their entire days/months plan put on hold depending upon you to be there. This establishment - despite being less expensive than others has shown to be unreliable. Hopefully you are reading these reviews clients before booking. And to management- i hope you are reading these reviews and taking them seriously to improve your poor poor customer service.
Ana was my instructor, she was very attentive and informative. Highly recommended if you live in the area.
I still remember the driving instructor used her phone all the time if im not mistaken her name was Ana. Not paying attention to me. I almost hit a car while shes busy using her phone also on that entire class she went somewhere to buy lunch. Why i enrolled in this driving school in the first place. Its bec i wanted to learn how to drive safely. I really felt that i wasted my money enrolling in this school. Sorry to say this but everytime i think back on those day that is what it reminded me.
