My mom and I have been clients there since Margarita opened up her shop about 16 years ago. But, since new ownership it has really not been the same and for some reason we keep going back but this time no more. It's not a friendly environment and they are very unprofessional. I went in about one week ago and asked about dyeing my hair. They gave me a reasonably price and I told them I will be back. I went on Saturday at 9:30 (to an unfriendly staff) and was told there is a 3 to 4 hour wait so i asked if i should come back in 3 hours and she told me i would still have to wait because if there was other people there they would have to take them first. And "Yessi" the "owner" said, "im sure you have a lot of things to do today". I then asked if she takes appointments and said only on Wednesday and Thursday. Didnt even ask if i wanted to make one or anything. Just stayed quiet. I left there upset and disappointed! I will never go there again and never refer anyone there again. This was not the first time I've gone in there feeling unpleasant but i continued because it is close to home and it was Margarita's shop before hers.

Yesi is really disrespectful and gave us an attitude. Checked for availability over the phone but when we arrived we realized availability didn't mean appointment so we were ignored for an hour. Nothing compared to her auntie Margarita, the original owner of the salon.

Since New ownership, they don't greet you once you walk in, not a welcome enviorement, one of the ladies there seems to be too stressed or not happy working.
