I had a rod break on me recently and I lost the receipt, these guys bent over backwards to help me out when I emailed them. Three days later I was at the shop and they replaced my rod with one of their factory floor models since they were not going to have my model in production for a few more months. They really didn't have to do anything to help me but they went the extra mile. Very much appreciated guys, thanks a million Pat. You're the best!
