Horrible service, keep increasing the bill without any reason, they keep calling to force additional services, we tried cancelling because we found a company that charges half of Shred-it's prices and I was told our contract is for FIVE years, this was not explained to us at the time of signing the contract. NOW we are stock with BAD service and and increasing bill for no reason. STAY AWAY from this company!!!!! There are better and more affordable companies out there.

Just started service with Shred-it after having months of billing issues with another well know company. First impression are very favorable from the first e-mail, to setting up account to receiving our consoles. Service tech who bought the consoles went above and beyond. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend

I especially enjoy having drivers like Franklin Ortiz & Hugo Garcia with such a great rapport and etiquette when entering our offices. They pay great attention to detail and are just a pleasure when they come in. They enter with a smiling face and ask if we have any extra documents to be shredded & have pleasant small talk. I have recommended your service to others and hope they take advantage of this quality service. You guys rock! you're awesome, now please get Franklin back to us ASAP, but until then only send Hugo. LOL ! No offense but Rigoberto Galvan is kind of unprofessional. PLEASE, Don't send him here again.
