WORST COURSE IN CALIFORNIA. See photos below. This place is not only shockingly awful (completely dirt fairways and a literal million gopher holes everywhere) but they charge you (30) like its an actually decent course. I will never play here again. Btw please don’t give me the automated response I’ve seen posted on every other review about “sorry for your poor experience”, you know you’re ripping people off. You should refund everyone that has golfed here in the past year minimum. You know exactly what needs to be done (shut down and actually fix the course) but obviously refuse, and instead will continue the cash grab.

DO NOT PLAY HERE. This is literally my first review of anything and I have to let others know. This is by far the worst golf course I have EVER played at. 45 to play here on a weekend and 37 to play during the week? I wouldn’t even consider playing here for 10. Tee boxes are iffy, greens are okay, but there is literally ZERO grass in any fairway 1-18. They need to shut this place down to renovate because I cannot see how anyone would want to return here after they play here. Just posting in hopes that someone might read this and that I might sway at least one person not to play here. AVOID THIS HORRIBLE EXCUSE OF A COURSE.

This is the worst course I’ve ever played hands down. They should be paying you to play here. Dirt and rock fairways, bird dens and gopher holes make up 99% of the course. In fact, the only grass is the actual green and maybe the surrounding 30ft. Oh, and if you’re counting on a cart girl for copious amounts of boos to help you forget where you’re playing they don’t exist. You couldn’t even pay a homeless person to sleep here with all the vermin holes and the current state of the course. Don’t waste your time or money!!!

I booked this course on line for Sunday morning, 2 golfers 90. with a cart. They seriously have a nerve to charge anything above 10. the course is an absolute joke\u003c NO GRASS!!!!!! anywhere but on the tee boxes and green for 18 holes. We drove over so many gofer holes I thought the wheels of the cart were going to come off. Do not waste your money playing this golf course it should be shut down completely.

I played yesterday and was saddened to see the course in it's current state. There really is no decent grass to speak of and there are alot of gopher holes scattered all over the fairways. I have memories of playing at Victoria with my grandfather and dad; the course looked so much better back in the day. The only decent areas are the tee areas and greens. I understand the course was built on a landfill so the methane gas has always been a problem keeping the fairways green. I wish someone or a private investor would see an opportunity in revitalizing the course. I heard through the grapevine the course was closing at the end of 2021. I hope something can be resolved to preserve Victoria because where would our golf options be? Alondra? Chester Wadhington? Los Verdes?
