The foods is always good here. It's a simple clean rice bowl with a handful of different proteins to put on top. All of the staff that have helped us has always been extremely kind and helpful. Jayda, in particular, has been one of the best customer service representatives I've encountered there. Thank you for your services to our community!

I love this place so much!!!Its actually my favorite fast food here in us.Its so clean and very friendly staff.I particularly love the one at sepulveda.very helpful staff and always smiling. my favorite food was the teriyaki bowl and omg the clam chowder a must try when you visit.my hubby loves the original beef with extra sauce on the side the chili powder and the unlimited pickled ginger.

Quick in the Drive-Thru. My order was correct. The food was okay and the worker was polite. Free sauce on the side unlike other fast food places that charge you extra. I'd eat here again and I would recommend it. Japanese food is different from Chinese food and I love the difference
