I want to give a shout out to one of your drivers she helped us today, I would wager early '60s, glasses and gray hair pulled back into a ponytail. She will remember us as the red car at the Sleep Inn that was frozen in the ice. She was super nice, very pleasant to be with, and easy to talk to. she also seemed to be very dedicated to her company as to the fact that she was putting her customers first and getting us to where we needed to be, before she turned the van in for a shift change. She dropped us off at approximately 11:30 Saturday morning. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but I just wanted to say thank you!

Stewarts Airport parking for the most part has worked great and has been very convenient for me. There are some genuinely nice people who work at Stewarts. However, my last interaction wasn't so great. Stewarts Airport Parking isn't located in the greatest part of town. I was greeted by a very intoxicated, probably off his meds, individual standing outside the fence at around 1:30 in the afternoon. He yelled profanity, banged on the fence, pounded on his chest, doing anything he could to get me to come over and fight him. I ignored him, put my luggage into the trunk and got into the car. By this time, he had proceeded to the exit gate, throwing his hands up and wanting me to hit him. Long story short, I ended up driving out the entrance gate and driving away. He seemed very confused. I did call Stewarts to let them know so they could watch out for him and call the cops. I'm just glad my family wasn't with me. The next part is the condition of my car. I obviously had no time to inspect my car because of the intoxicated male harassing me. You can see from the pictures that there was a pretty deep scrape in the front of the car, just above the license plate. You'll also notice all the mud in the car. Needless to say, I won't be parking with Stewarts Airport parking again.
The convenience of the way the parking works is the only reason I have this business any stars at all. The customer service is atrocious. When I was picked up at my hotel the driver didn’t have a mask on. I asked her to put one on. She said she didn’t have one, so I went back into the hotel and got one from the front desk. She didn’t like me for insisting she wear the mask. She did not ask my airline or give me instructions on how to retrieve my vehicle. She drove past my gate and I got off with the passengers flying on a different airline. I trusted my car would be ok since it is an accredited business. I took time away from my vacation to call and ask about the car and being picked upon my return. Ultimately the car was fine and the business held up their part of it, but the driver was terribly rude and completely unprofessional about the airport covid rules. I understand people differ in opinions about masks, but when you’ve seen someone die from covid, it’s startling and scary when someone doesn’t care about their customer’s life. This is a business, not someone’s house. Do what you want in your space, but when you occupy a public space with others’ wear a mask and be a professional. I will not be using this company again.
Wow what a fantastic garage! We had excellent customer service. I would highly recommend it and will always use Stewart's in the future.
