I called Champion on Monday. I had been spending and wasting money with another company for months, I had no consistent heat. Darrell came on Wednesday, did a thorough diagnostic and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. He clearly explained and showed me the pictures of my system so I could understand exactly what he did. Totally professional, knowledgeable, and honest. If you want the best then call Champion! My experience with Champion Air Systems was top-notch. The two technicians were very professional, customer-service oriented and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable to ask questions and they were more than willing to answer them. I would definitely recommend this company. Keep up the good work!
Moving into our new home while being pregnant, we were looking for someone who could get the job done, and do it well. The Champion team has absolutely taken care of our home and family. We replaced our entire HVAC system with Champion. We called them and they were responsive the same day! They made the process so easy! When it was time to replace our second unit there was no question to who we went with again. When Chris noticed we needed a new water heater he connected us with a reputable plumber. Save yourself time and money, and have peace of mind, and go with Champion. If I could give more stars I would!
Our first floor heater stopped worked during a very cold time in January. I called Champion on a Monday afternoon and they had Tyler come out in less than 20 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem, installed the new part, and we had heat again in about an hour. Everyone at Champion are \customer first\ focused and I highly recommend them!
You did a system for me as a renter in February and your two guys were incredible and true professionals. I'm in Dallas and told my realtor last week to add your company to their vendor list. I was a GC for over 30 years and you're crew was too notch.
