My Aunt had water into her home after all the rain. Bob was there the next morning when I called. He set up equipment with fans n blowers n dehumidifier to dry the carpets. He came each day to check everything. When it was completely dry he cleaned the carpets. He moved the furniture out n back. He did all this while being a friendly, polite n kind person. I heartily recommend his work!!
We are very happy with A1. We called them yesterday, they were at our door promptly the following morning. Bob was very thorough about explaining the service. He did a great job with the carpets and even cleaned our hard floors of any drips in the house after taking his equipment out. We will for sure use A1 again for our carpet needs.
