Answered all of my questions and got me into an amazing ride! Great selection of cars from quick sport cars to pickup trucks! Can't find customer service anywhere else like Carthage Auto Haus! I can simply say it was an amazing experience. I would recommend this place for ANYONE looking at getting a clean and reliable vehicle.

Bought a vehicle from them and had nothing but issues from the first week of purchase. Contacted them before the better business bureau and have only gotten 1 response in the 2 months since it’s been filed. DONT NOT BUY FROM HERE.
Very unprofessional. We bought a car from there didn't even have two full months had nothing but problems from the car and when they out it in the shop it's been about a month now and still have not got our car back. Also we havent got any info on it. They won't tell us where are car is located or what exactly is wrong with it they keep promising to call us on this day or that day with info and they never keep there word. I would highly advise not buying a car from them.
Sold faulty car. Car broke down in 70 miles! Said he would cover cost of labor but not parts because "they don't do warranties" (should have known!) Not ideal but it's something! Now I can't get ahold of him through his personal or business number! New transmission is costing 3200! Learn from my mistake. He "cut us a deal" because he saw I was a single mother. 6500 for 70 miles I wouldn't consider a deal. STAY AWAY.
Vehicle not at all as described in add! Tried raising the price once I was there to look at the truck posting said good wheels and tires and three of the tires are bald! No oil on the dipstick low antifreeze coolant and power steering fluid! Made a negotiated deal then they backed out of the deal! Definitely wouldn't go back or recommend anyone else go there! A/C wasn't as described! Just all together not at all good people to deal with and definitely sketchy to say the least!!!
Bought a Honda Pilot from this dealer transmission went out the next day! They refuse to fix it and now refuse to answer my phone calls! Who does business like this? Contacting our attorney a 3500 car needs 2800 transmission the next day! Never buy from theses people not trust worthy I have a 1 year old son and no extra to pay for a transmission Have tried for to contact for 2 days! No answer no call backs! I will be contacting the better business bureau on Monday! Also the owners mother is apparently the GM at Roper Honda in Joplin! Pretty dishonest and scammers! Wouldn't buy from either place Reporting them Monday to the BBB!
