This is the one of the worst courthouses ever, small towns creating bigger problems down the road. Most who appear in front of the judge don't ask for a lawyer and they aren't asked if they want one, they just plea guilty, not knowing any better. These same people who get charged, find out later that its on their record and they can't get a decent paying jobs, turn to back to crime. IF YOU ARE LOW INCOME YOU CAN PETITION TO PROCEED AS AN INDIGENT FOR A COUNT APPOINTED LAWYER. IF YOU ARE FOUND GUILTY YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE COURT APPOINTED LAWYER---DON'T BE FOUND GUILTY--- THE JUDGE IS BEING NICE BECAUSE HE KNOWS ONCE YOU PLEA YOUR FU*KED, THEY ARE ALL SMOOTH TALKERS ACTING NICE TO FOOL YOU. Seemed like all cases grouped in one court room. Clerks don't know how to process paperwork, they just tell you to get a lawyer for a simple form. Those people need help, classes should be taught in Moore County schools about the law and how courts work. Legal Aid or something!!!!! Certain crimes have statute of limitations, keep appealing, sooner or later they will tire of continuing your case OR THE STATUTE ON THE CRIME RUNS OUT AND THEY HAVE TO DISMISS THE CHARGES and ALWAYS ASK FOR A TRIAL BY JURY. THE JUDGE WILL ALWAYS FIND YOU GUILTY AND THE STATE PAYING FOR A JURY FOR A SIMPLE CHARGE ISN'T FEASIBLE.

This is horrible and looks like its illegal. Why is the judge doing what the District Attorney suppose to be doing. Futhermore noone can take their cell phone in the building cause they do not want anyone to expose how they are conducting court in this small town. This is not right.
