Everyone here is so kind and friendly. I have taken my car here twice and they always have great service at affordable prices. Jeffery Davis is the best!

Called Smith county motors because tomorrow will be 2 weeks since they've had it. And I couldn't even talk to the body guy who has my car had to talk to some other guy. And he said it will be day next Tuesday. I said to him \my insurance guy told me 2 weeks worse case scenario\ guy says \well he ain't the one fixing it is he\ Unnecessary rude comment. Dont reccomend them at all!

My family and I are traveling right now and we had to stop late last night because my truck started making a lot of noise from the front end. I called Smith County Motor Company early this morning and they got me in right away. They were able to diagnose and repair the problem very fast and now we can get back on the road. Everybody there was very friendly and engaged in conversation with me. I highly recommend these guys and if something like this happens again I just hope that the experience is as pleasant as this was.

Don't take your car here. They recommended I flush my radiator. They kept my car for FIVE days to do this one simple thing. I was told i would be charged 125 only to be charged 160 on pick up day- they could not explain to my why, just said they didn't know. I have since spoken with another machinate i trust who told me to not flush my radiator, in short because the new fluid will eat holes in the aluminum. your radiator functions based upon the fluid its used to. You should only flush it if you do so regularly. My car now has a hole in the radiator and i am paying 370 for a new one. its an old car so it was bound to happen but i could have saved myself some time and money by not taking my car to Smith Motors. While they had my car for five days they where also very slow to return calls. Unprofessional and dishonest. Also, they told me the \electrical\ to my brake lights was going out and that the electrical system needed to be replaced. I have since changes the bulbs- simply burnt out- and the brake lights work fine.
