Claims they have 24/7 water clean up service. I called at 7:00am on Sunday morning because I had a leak under my kitchen sink overnight and it flooded my kitchen with laminate floors. Someone finally called me back after 1:00pm and left a voicemail saying they were “out of town” and to call them back if I needed them and they could probably come by Monday or Tuesday to take a look! Ridiculous! Water clean up is an emergency service and can’t be put off for a couple of days. Don’t waste your time with these people. This place is a joke. Call a reputable water extraction company.

Tv ad said 99 for sofa & love seat. I called to set up appt. 7 rings later a hateful unkind unprofessional female answers the phone, starts talking, over talks me, gives me a 299 price & calls me a liar 3 times as to the tv add. Didnt sound like shes even in an office but rather on her couch eating and dont eant to be bothered. I will never consider calling them again.
Gary did an awesome job. The house had cats in it before us and you could tell. After he cleaned it we couldn't smell the cats anymore. He put in extra time and effort without us asking. Definitely recommend him! We will only use Stanley Steemers in the future. Thanks Gary!
I had them enew\ my kitchen grout, and unfortunately did a VERY sloppy job. Grout all over my tile, all over my kitchen. They did try to make amends by re-cleaning my tile, but never did clean the grout issues. I contacted them several times, and they said they would get back with me to come see my issues, and take care of it. Never heard from them. They clean carpets and floors well, but NEVER and I mean NEVER use them for your grout!!!!!
