The agent at the store Maisie was wonderful.she was very knowledgeable about everything concerning the set up of my new phone. She explained in detail how to use the IPhone.I was always a android fan until she show me how easy I could use the iPhone.I have never had anyone that took the time and patience that she did with setting up a phone for a new customer. I appreciate the patience she took with me since I am still learning how a smart phone works.I highly recommend this store and the agent Maisie.
