I’ve been a Verizon customer since 2000 and have frequently shopped Joplin-area stores for phone & service issues. This Verizon store absolutely provided the best service that I’ve experienced. Micheal Barnes was patient, thorough, and very knowledgeable about the variety of phones that I was considering. No long lines, attentive salespeople and an inviting atmosphere. I will be driving the short distance to Carthage from now on!
