I worked with Paul on a contract dispute between myself and my previous physician partnership. There was a breech of contract issue that led to arbitration that was ultimately resolved via mediation. The outcome was both legally and monetarily in my favor. My experience with Paul was refreshing; a guy that could both acknowledge and affirm the emotional motivation but then reel back and interject legal expertise with confident professionalism. As a micromanager, I preferred to participate directly in administrative meetings and it was impressive to witness Paul’s presence. He was far and away more commanding and confident compared to other representation and exuded extensive experience – even offering suggestions to experienced arbitrators. I let Paul take the wheel during the 16 month conflict and he led me through successful litigation, offering closure to my stained employment experience. While my particular situation proved fruitful, it is not the basis for my positive experience. His office staff were friendly and helpful with fantastic communication. Paul was always available when needed and made efficient use of our discussion time. Impressively, we did all of this remotely until the date of mediation.
