Great customer service fast was there when I needed them! I got the cheapest plan they had so I could use it once I was done signing up. Way better than paying some tow company to help you, and you know at least your money is going towards the whole year instead of on only 1 thing 1 time. I definitely recommend if you are as clumsy as me and just you know forget your keys in your car alot and the spare key lol. Anyway if your thinking about signing up just do it having the peace of mind is really great especially if you have kids :)

WOW, AMAZING, AND FANTASTIC. My family and I are strict on COVID safety and this location for AAA did not disappoint. Masks, gloves, and sanitizing touch points on your vehicle before and after! They have earned my business from here on out. Not only are they incredibly professional with regards to customer service but they go above and beyond to insure, not only their safety, but your safety as well. Highly recommend this establishment on their professionalism and quality care for their customers. I cannot recommend a better place for an oil change, state inspection, tire purchase, or any other car care need.
To be honest I felt that the customer service was pretty lacking by the car care folks. I was quite surprised as AAA is known for quality. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked the rep at the counter if he could check to see if my cabin air filter needed to be replaced. He told me that it isn't easy to get to so if I wanted to go ahead and purchase the filter they would happily replace it but it wasnt worth the 1/2 to bother looking to see if it was bad. What I got from that is they would be happy to sell me something I may not need instead of being proactive. Doubt I would bring my vehicle back here for anything more than an oil change. I gave 3 stars because they did complete an oil and filter change as well as rotate tires in a timely manner and the pricing was quite good for full synthetic. I didn't have any interaction with AAA staff other than car care. There were other employess sitting at socially distanced work stations. One of them was either bored to death and on his cell phone or asleep (couldnt tell cause I didn't see him raise his head the entire time I was waiting for my vehicle) I did here the lady take a phone call otherwise I may have suspected she succomed to the same fate as the guy. Hope for the sake of AAA reps everywhere things pick back up soon!
Incredible customer service. I had an issue with my older Mercedes battery that was installed in a different state. The excellent team at Cary Towne Center took care of me and outfitted my car with the correct battery. I will be using them for all of my future car maintenance . Don't think twice about deciding where to go!
They are great: no up-selling, good solid advice, and the work is always done well.
I came here for an alignment which was reasonably priced. The service was fast, but the guys working the desk were not very friendly. They charged me 6 dollars more than the quote and wouldn't let me see the receipt before I paid or explain why they added the charge. They also suggested a bunch of unnecessary work and proposed ridiculous prices. Will probably not go here again. Edit: I had a friend look over the things they recommended. Turns out I don't even have power steering fluid because of electric power steering. They recommended I change it regularly and wanted to charge a hefty sum to do it. Moving to 1 star. Edit #2: The manager called and apologized after reading my review. He was nice, owned up the mistake, and offered to make it up to me. Moving back to 2 stars.
Well worth the AAA Platinum membership to get the quality and service we get there.
