Snotty Customer Service online... Asked them to text me as I can't take phone calls due to being on meetings all day...And their response? \ I'm afraid I can't confirm the availability of the vehicle then..\ Don't ask for any help from this dealership digitally, you'll apparently need to send a fax, smoke signals, or maybe pony express...Time to get with the times, customer service lives online now and especially in the future. See pic (the second phone was a typo meant fine...and corrected myself in the next text...but apparently I wasn't worth this person's time as they have not responded since)

I was trying to bring my 2018 Lincoln Navigator in for warranty work. I called Monday morning and was told I would receive a call back from the service advisor in a few hours. I received no call back. I called back at 4:00 pm and after the apology, I was told I would definitely get a call to schedule service Tuesday morning. Today, you guessed it, no call. I called 2:00 pm and after the third apology, I was told I would get a call back as soon as possible. The story continues tomorrow...stay tuned. In my brief experience, if you're looking for timely attention, go elsewhere. I may change this review if they make things right. Update: The service manager, Trissy followed up the next morning. They scheduled me the same day. I received a loaner and they delivered my vehicle after completion. All went smoothly. They did make things right. I will be back for any future service needs.
