Shelly is amazing! She planned our 10 day trip to Wyoming and is now planning our honeymoon to Hawaii. She thinks about everything. She even researched during COVID to keep us informed about specific areas regulations, etc. She is very knowledgeable and has been extremely flexible throughout the whole process. I would recommend Travel Experts of Cary to anyone.

I used Travel Experts of Cary in 2013 to plan my honeymoon to Australia and it was perfect! Since then, they are under new ownership and I had fingers crossed that they would be just as good and they are! Barbara Beam helped to plan an important \Girl's Trip\ for me and my friends to the Dominican Republic. We had such a wonderful and memorable time there! It took a long time to plan as we were quite indecisive at first. Barbara was patient and there for us every step of the way to make recommendations. She listened and asked questions to help narrow down exactly what we did (and did not) want. She nailed it! The entire trip (and planning) was seamless with her help. Throughout the planning, we never felt rushed and had all questions answered even up until the week we were leaving. We didn't have to really \think\ too much on this holiday. All documents were given to us ahead of time, transportation was booked, and we felt very comfortable that we would be able to reach her during our trip at any point if needed. I will absolutely book trips with Barbara at Travel Experts of Cary again. Can't wait!
Shelly did a fantastic job planning a very complicated vacation to Costa Rica. We had an extra person with us for just a few days, moved to several different locations and even flew out of a different airport. Shelly paid attention to every single little detail and our vacation and turned out perfect. I cannot thank her enough for all the hard work she put into planning our vacation! I will definitely be using Shelly for all our future travel plans.
