I was very impressed with the Casa Grande VA Clinic and I give it a 5 star review. Clean and well managed were my first impressions followed by experiencing a friendly, knowageable and a profession staff. Dr Awald and Melanie LPN, who I met on my first visit, impressed me greatly. I felt at ease and was delighted at all the staff's ability to answer my questions, listen to my comments and and their ability to answer and converse so I understood. It is always difficult to go to a new VA Clinic or hospital. But this time I was made to feel welcome and cared for. Thanks to all of you.

I have always had great service every time I visit this clinic! The clinic opens at 7am but their lab doesn't open until 8am. That's a long time to fast in the morning when you get up at 4am...
