I have been here a handful of times and this place has got to be the place of the WORST customer service I've ever experienced ! The females that own I mean work here are just rude they can pass as being hostile even I asked the cashier what was the price on a pair of boots I was interested in and she told me idk whatever it says there I told her I'm sorry I do not have my glasses with me she says oh well idk whatever it says on the tag. I could not believe it I've gone in a few times after that and the same bad attitudes and rude behavior so I would recommend the Goodwill store in Maricopa they have GREAT Customer Service and the workers leave plenty of good product for the shelves for the customers the selection overall is a bit more up to date .and of course they care about Happy Customers .

I used to go to this Goodwill everyday and always had a great experience.....the managers here are awesome. Until, I started being harassed and threatened by one of the employees boyfriend for no reason. I already filed a police report and filed a harassment form that should be served they said. I was still going until this last incident were he followed me and my daughter to another store after I left the goodwill and threatened me again (that was also reported to the police). I’m definitely not going anymore because I’m not going to put my daughters safety in danger with what he said in front of her. This was also brought up to the management at this store and she was very professional and helpful. Hopefully this whole situation gets resolved and eventually I can start going back to this store.

This store is always clean and has a wonderful selection of used items. I am a hobby thriftier and I ALWAYS find good stuff here. We have purchased everything from books to bedding to dishes to decor. The store was ahead of the game with requiring masks. Be prepared to wear one or be turned away. It’s worth it. I would rate at a 5 if staff was just a little friendlier. I will definitely continue to shop here.

Full of trash and Wal-Mart reclaimations. The clothing area has ok clothes. I prefer to drive further away and treasure hunt at other Goodwills
