We rented two snowmobiles from Intermountain Power Sports in Cascade, ID and our experience was 5 stars from start to finish! Cody was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the machines, the area, and just all around great! Because of how he served us, we will be renting exclusively from both the Cascade and Nampa locations for our winter and summer needs. It has been a while since i’ve experienced customer service like this and Cody deserves recognition. It was a very busy day and he kept up with the load with ease! Thank you guys for a great adventure!

What a great place to find some weekend fun. This was my first rental at Intermountain Power Sport and if was an outstanding experience from browsing the web site to the final pickup from the dock! I can't wait for my next weekend adventure but I can definitely say I will support these guys every time. I also wanted to mention Emma and Logan for their exceptional service with a smile. Thanks!

These guys are so nice and friendly. Great price on renting a sled. 2nd time we've used them. Go to place when we need an extra sled.
We had a terrible experience with these guys. We stopped in last Saturday to rent a helmet for our son so we could take our side by side up to the trails. While we were there we decided to check into renting a jet ski for Sunday. We were told that one would be reserved for us for the next day so we planned our day out accordingly. We received a call late that night saying that one of their jet skis broke down so they would be unable to rent us one for Sunday.. I specifically asked while we were there and noticed the broke down jet ski out front whether a different one would be available and she assured us one would be available. The guy that called said he could rent us a pontoon boat instead even though I told him we HAVE a pontoon boat.. He said that theirs had big enough motors to pull a knee board so we considered it anyway so the kids could have some fun.. When I showed up to return the helmet and check on the boat the kid was very rude and told me that it would cost us twice as much as the jet ski we reserved and that was all he could offer.. Strongly suggest going anywhere but here for your rental needs! No Idea what you are talking about as far as driving by and giving you the finger LOL... As far as going somewhere else... You can count on that. I'm pretty sure all my friends and family will feel the same way too... As I explained before.. We didn't WANT a pontoon boat... And as far as the 25 dollars you offered to knock off the cost of one.. Yeah we still weren't interested in a pontoon boat! But you go ahead and say whatever you have to say to make yourself look better personally I just take care of people better in the first place... Then you don't get negative feedback from customers...
