He arranged a time and date for the Engineer to come out and it could not have not have gone smoother, The Engineer was also very informative and knowledgeable, Thank you for a superb service guys,

I work has an office manager and have been using Cascade water coolers in the office for years. This is the best water cooler company I have used in any office I worked in and I will never go back to any other. Never have to call them to get the coolers serviced like other water cooler companies. Very Professional, I highly recommend them.
