This used to be Jumbo and we were sad to see the change in name but happy that nothing much had changed. Smaller clothing section but all good.

I don't think it's fear for me to say anything at the moment, as they are building around it. But putting that aside, I find that the staff very moody! Instead of talking to the client they talk to one another like if the client is not even there!! I also noticed that if a client asks for help, it's like a big effort to help them!!
Been shopping at Jumbo, and in Pao de Acucar before it, for the last 40 years. This store has always been able to differentiate from almost all other similar stores by offering items I cannot find any where else as well as provide the day to day essentials. Jumbo delivers high quality items, value for money and excellent service and I only hope I will find all these qualities and more with the new store, which I am looking forward to enjoying for at least the next 40 years!!!!!!

Great and you'll find everything
My wife and I are 78 years old. We were pleased to see that we could order our groceries from Auchan online and have them delivered. So, Yesterday at approximately 5:00 pm or 1700 hours we signed up for the online queue. The queue states that our wait time will be over an hour. 24 hours later at 4:30 pm today the queue wait time was down to one minute. My wife and were waiting for the Auchan website to appear so we could order our groceries online. After waiting a few minutes a message appeared that someone else had received our ID number and that we would be next. Then the \walking person\ returned to the beginning of the queue and started over again with another wait time of approximately 24 hours. Not very customer friendly. Auchan should improve its online process. Maybe could reserve a particular time for older folks.
The most expensive Supermarket in Cascais! However, the store is huge and you can find everything you need, from fresh pastry to home appliances. To be fair, sometimes vegetables are on offer and you can get a good deal. From Cascais or Monte Estoril Train station you can go on foot and get there in about 10 to 15m.
