My elderly parents booked with Casey's to move properties. Casey's took payment and were told that the removal would be over 2 days not one after the payment was taken and everything was booked. Refused to give a full refund - gave a 20% refund. Very unprofessional, poor customer service and would definitely not recommend.

Diabolical service. We had to change dates due to the chain. When we told them the new date they said they would pick furniture up on friday but wouldnt deliver until saturday. We are 89 years of age and were told by Caseys to book into a hotel!! They were insensitive to our situation and returned 120 of our 600 deposit. Greedy robbing company!
Loved Casey's. Everyone was helpful and made the move a pleasure. They have loads of different trucks to suit and it all went very smoothly. Highly recommend.
Casey's helped my elderly parents move from Sydenham to Stockport recently. They were moving out of our family home where they'd lived for nearly 40 years. It was of course a very big upheaval and they had strong emotions about the move. I was there on the moving out day in Sydenham and saw first hand how the guys treated the move with great courtesy, respect and professionalism. They were friendly and discreet throughout. When I asked my mum how the other end of the move went she said the movers were very kind and did a great job. Overall, a fantastic service. Thank you to you and your team for helping my family during what could have been a very difficult move. A highly recommended service!
