I am extremely pleased with the correction to my fireplace. Duane Vest was extremely polite, efficient and explained all he was going to do to bring the fireplace to pristine condition, and he did ! He also cleaned up after the job which was appreciated. Most of all, I would like to comment on the incredible customer service initiated from the beginning by Envisioning Green. From my first encounter with Charles Cepas at your amazing showroom, to Steven Johns and Justin Brown, it has been nothing but superb follow up. Knowing that this was not my original project, bought my Villa a year ago, Envisioning Green stood behind their commitment of quality work. The reason for my purchase of this home was weighed heavily by this amazing patio by Envisioning Green. I am so proud of the overwhelming comments of \awe\ when people visit, and see this gorgeous patio. In this day and age of business, it is hard to find customer service that leaves you with a smile, I would highly recommend Envisioning Green, not only for your design, but commitment to the customer. Starting with the design phase, Scott took great care of us. When it came time to break ground, Justin was outstanding, always communicating. The work they did was fantastic, and I can't recommend them enough. We've very happy with the court and deck that they built.

We continue to add small measures of happy to our backyard oasis. Which to me happy is trees and we are so happy that four years ago when consulting a pool build, major retaining wall and oodles of landscaping that we found Envisioning Green. They have done large and small projects for us over the four year span. Their professionalism is second to none. The small touches make a big difference to me such as the goodie bag and instruction booklet left for our newly planted tree our pool retaining wall would have had many landscapers intimated from bid day too but not this company. The wall was a hard labor and tedious job but it was done with great care by the envisioning green crew! Also love that the guy who came today was here working on my pool wall four years ago... so they must be treating their people well ️ Great local company which we will continue to circle in on our visions of happy for our yard. Thanks guys for helping to build out our backyard paradise!

Pavers sinking and pooling water after being installed in June. The grade is fall below the standard of 2.08%. See picture below - the grade is zero.. the water has nowhere to go...Hope Envisioning Green will fix this before it gets cold and we get ice. Could be a major fall hazard. Company told us they were \licensed\ and \certified: installers\ by ICPI. Had to take down \licensing\ from their website because there is no such program. Only 3 of their employees are ICPI certified and only one of those employees was on our job site. Employees who were not certified did our paver work. Our contract says we have a 3 year warranty, however they keep hiding behind their lawyer and nothing has been fixed in over 3 months. No wonder Envisioning Green has D rating with the Better Business Bureau.
