I called for a quote for my son. We spoke twice. I gave her all the info. She gave me a quote, Said she would email me the information. She said she would hold the quote for my son to come in the following day. When he went in ready to purchase and sign. She told him she could not find the quote. She never did email me the information about the policy. She then proceeded to offer him quotes that were nowhere near the original. Completely unprofessional! She tied up my sons time and wasted it. leaving my son unable to deal with someone better able to accommodate him until the following day. Slimey!
