Best storage place I've ever did business with. Louanne is the sweetest nicest women ever and I'm not just saying that either she really has a great heart and she is mad understanding. If you ever have an issue with her then that was cuz if something you said or did because she is flat out nice. Her and I have talked about alot of things and she tells it to me like it should be told and she calls me 1 of her many children. I'll actually be sad when it's time to close down my unit. She is by far the best manager to manage casino hopefully she stays there for a long time. ... PS. If you ever feel like you are going to fall behind on your payment just call her and tell her the truth. She will never say no but she will definitely make you look for alternatives. Louanne for président lol

The new property managers are extremely rude. I was going through my unit, trying to sort through the entire thing so I could down size... all of the sudden one of the property managers pops in the door way and says "how much longer are you going to take?". First and foremost, that's completely an inappropriate way to begin a conversation with anyone. Secondly, I've never had ANY contact with her so I didnt know who she was. I really feel like this should be address. And the fact that I feel like there would be reprecussions for me even writing this review so I'm using a friends account should be taken into account. Thank you
