I lived in a place managed by 2nd Street Realtors for just over a year. Any issue I ever had, I simply made contact Tricia Litchey, and she responded quickly. I loved the fact that I could have such open communication with them. By doing so it made my experience great! Super friendly, professional, and understanding of situations. I would absolutely recommend them! Great Experience! Thank you so much! Great value and options available. If you are looking for something affordable, that is well taken care of, contact them! Attentive to needs, and situations. I dont believe some of the other reviews here because the experience I had Tricia Litchey was an amazing. Truthful, humble, respectful,and open! When you are a good tenant, you shouldn't have issues, that is with most landlords/property managers. She will take care of you!

Worst experience in my life. Tricia Litchey lies, refuses to do repairs, harasses tenants for obeying the law and protects criminals. She is a slum woman. Lady is too nice a word for her total lack of integrity and contribution to drug activities in this community.

We had a very positive experience with 2nd Street Realtors in selling our parents house. We worked with agent Glenn Ross, who was outstanding in helping us get through the various speed bumps we encountered along the way, which included quite a bit of repair / upgrading to get the house in a condition suitable for quick sale. Glenn's prior experience in construction came in handy in assessing the issues and identifying a competent / reasonably-priced contractor to do this work. I can highly recommend Glenn and 2nd Street Realtors.
