I had John Trost, the owner's son, as a realtor and both him and his mom have no idea what ethics are. They will lie straight to your face to get you to sign the offer and then they will screw you over whenever they have a chance. Please read my warning and go with any other brokerage in town.

I'd give them zero stars if that was an option. These people are in it for themselves and no one else. Go with Lisa Burridge or Remax instead. I did and was able to find and put an offer on a house in less than a week.
