So... this past Saturday night my wife and I were going to David Street Station to take our kids ice skating. My dad got there first and found out that it had been rented out due to a staff Christmas Party. My 5 year old daughter was pretty disappointed and there was a kind man there that just let us crash the party, and we got to skate for free! I think that's a good example of the Christmas Spirt and it meant a lot to my wife and I. Thank you!!!!

Troy Mack is absolutely the worst on communication and showing up at a set spot. I set up a time to meet to look at a house out in the “sticks” took me 35 min to get there. On top of that, sat at location for another 45 min, no show no call. Can’t speak for the others but this one is terrible. If I knew the owner of the home, I would of contacted them to see the house and give a report card on their listing agent. Worst part, I’m from out of state. Needless to say, Mack off the list for any future endeavors of looking or buying!

My family recently closed on our house in January (2017) and we were delighted with the high level of customer service and attention to detail that April and Robert provided. Team Johnson was able to help us find a home that fit all of our requirements, and nearly our entire wish list, that was well within our budget. April and Robert were completely receptive to weekend showings and often times would provide updates "after hours" with no hesitation or complaint. Team Johnson really made house hunting an enjoyable experience for a mentally and emotionally exhausting time for my family. Disclaimer: We are family, but that does not change the fact that Robert and April are the epitome of consummate professionals. They did not once provide a personal opinion during the process and kept all advice strictly professional. Robert, specifically, played a critical role in the inspection negotiations that I know will save us grief in the long run.
