In 15 weeks, 6 days, 20 hours and 5 minutes, I should be a resident of Casper, Wyoming thanks to Lacey Wilson and her awesome expertise in real estate!!!! In 2016, I had a dream of investing in land in Wyoming and being closer to family. Lacey made this happen with assisting and finding the perfect land to purchase. In 2020 with Covid and other issues, my dream changed and one phone call to Lacey it was in motion to sale my land and buy a house in Casper, Wyoming. Being 11 hours away, I relied on her expertise to find me the perfect home. I was able to come out to Casper in September and had several houses to look at in person and by the end of the day I was able to put an offer in on the one I wanted. It was the perfect day. I had to return home but the constant contact and answering questions I had were done professionally and timely. I would recommend Lacey Wilson to anyone interested in buying or selling their property. No stress and constant reassurance!!!!

I worked with Lacey and Scarlett to move to Casper from out of state and they guided me through understanding the Casper housing market and what to look for. I only was in town for one day and they set up a great list of properties for me to look at and we were able to make an offer that day and get my new home. They helped me avoid certain houses and areas of town with their expertise to make a good selection. As a pair they work seamlessly together which helps them be that much more responsive.
