I have been training at the academy just under 3 years now and I have seen significant benefits personally and physically. I have grown as an individual, developed physical strength and feel confident knowing that the training I have obtained will help me defend myself, if there ever arises a difficult situation. The instructors and students are all very welcoming and friendly and the academy itself is a wonderful place to train in. :)

Every class is unique, fun and educational. Master Cassar and his team are excellent teachers, are personable and friendly. Instructors are really friendly and keen to teach students everything they know, friendly and ready to help. There is a culture of \do a little more than yesterday\ applying to students, as well as instructors themselves. Definitely recommend to attend for everybody interested in self-defense and martial arts.
