When you get there, prepare to be crowded out by snowmobiles and ATVs at the pumps, and if you do manage to find one free, it's a 'pre-Pay' only. Look, I don't trust paying at the pump, and I sure don't know how much I'll be putting in because I fill to the top so it's extremely inconvenient. If they were smart, they'd limit the snow machines and ATVs to the pre-pay pumps, but they don't. They'd rather inconvenience regular drivers. If you want hassle free, take it from a local like me, go over the bridge and get your gas there. However, if you do get your gas here, AVOID the area where the trucks stop and fuel up and stay to the left when you exit. They're not particularly good at taking care of their parking lot and you could lose your car in the crater sized potholes. I've seen more than a few cars bottom out there over the years and need towed away.

Went to get gas, no signs posted saying you need to pre pay. Inside waiting for my partner to pump gas, I tell the employee I'm waiting for that, he appears to have heard me but doesn't acknowledge that I've spoke. Also was having a discussion with my roommate about waiting for him to pump gas while we're waiting so he knew I was waiting for gas. I see my partner has moved the vehicle so I assume he's done pumping gas. When he tells me the total I inform him I'm paying for gas and THEN he tells me that after 5pm people need to prepay with credit card only at the pump. Was also there earlier this week on Thursday, after 8pm, and there was no such rule in place then. If this was a new rule implemented 2 days ago, maybe have a little more understanding and give your customers some notice. Also a good idea to train your employees in customer service as the employee working just chuckled and said it's the new rule. There was no apologizing for the lack of communication or for not telling me that when I first came, just oh well it's the rules.

When we pay at the pump meaning we are in a rush or we are trying to avoid contact as much as possible because of covid 19 . After you paid and pumped up that machine do not give you a receipt because their employee do not have time to change the finish roll . Thats not acceptable at all . There should be paper at all time..

I was using the washroom at 8:30 pm on 3 November 2020 and suddenly a guy with black nike hoodie and long hairs and opened the door with his key .If he has key it doesn’t mean that he can do so. I’m a man suppose if there was a lady instead of me how will she feel. Really disappointed. Never recommend someone to come here and specially ladies please don’t use washroom
