Very fast, thorough, and fair. Our tech was Joe, he took the time to explain everything so we knew what was going on and what needed to be fixed. We were back up and running within a couple hours from their visit. Highly recommend.

If you need an air conditioning company that is going to be upfront about the work that needs to be done, call them. I had 3 different companies come out and when they couldn't figure out the issue they all recommended replacement. Pacific Coast is an honest repair company. Like the tech said, everything has a fix it all comes down to our choice to fix it. Well we went ahead and repaired it, a little expensive but at least we did not have to spend 10-13k to replace it.

My central heater broke down last night wouldn't fire up, i called them this morning. The tech Victor was out here and found a bad ignition part. He went down the street replaced it now everything is working, we have hot air. Very professional and courteous. I am saving their info incase i need them in the future. Thanks Vic!
